Azael P. Borromeo, MD

Dr. Borromeo is a board certified family practitioner, pathologist, and a veteran of the United States Army. Throughout his extensive career, spanning five decades in practice, his sole focus is now on anti-aging and health and wellness medicine. The future of medicine lies in the integration and collaboration of a diverse array of health care professionals, to increase the availability of modern healthcare and provide the awareness that medications and surgeries are an antiquated model.

Dr Roxana Karimianpour, MD

Dr. Karimianpour is an avid health connoisseur.  Her background began half way around the globe where she initially started her career as a Pharmacy Technician.  Following, she took her sights to medical school, chiropractic school, and training and certification in eastern medicine.  And now, she aspires to provide her talents and training to tackle the health and wellness world!

Niraj Patel, MD

Dr. Patel is double Board Certified in Internal and Emergency Medicine. He received his Doctorate of Medicine at Ross University School of Medicine.

Dr. Borromeo is a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa.

Dr. Mehta is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Pain Management. He received his Doctor of Medicine Degree from Ross University School of Medicine.

Phillip Beaulieu, Jr. MD

Dr. Beaulieu is board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He received his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Tennessee.

Emily Frank, PA-C

Emily received her undergraduate degree from James Madison University in Health Sciences with a minor in Biology and graduated at the top of her class from the Surgical Physician Assistant Program at the University of Alabama Birmingham.

Jennester Culp, RN, PHN, BSN, MSN, FNP-BC

Jennester has a Bachelor Degree of Nursing from University of California Sacramento, a Master’s Degree of Nursing Science from Sonoma State University, and She received her Family Nurse Practitoner from Sonoma State University in 2015 and became Board Certified in 2017.

Marilyn C. Borromeo-wesner, ARNP, MN

Marilyn has over 20 years of work experience in caring for the older population in our community. As a sub-investigator on various clinical trials, she has a special commitment to treating patients with Parkinson’s Disease, Essential Tremor and Restless leg syndrome.
